Today was supposed to be yoga day... however, after 15 minutes of struggling to bring up my heart rate in yoga, I popped in the Kenpo X dvd. My workout was a good one, though I thought my calories burned would be more... I was around 350 calories burned. So, I jumped on the treadmill and in the end, I burned 415 calories for today's workout. Hopefully, I will start to see results, either in pounds lost or inches when I measure myself at Day 30.
The workouts are challenging and I am trying to eat healthy. I am not following the meal plan strictly because quite frankly, I do not require 1800 calories. After reading several people's comments, I think 1400-1500 calories are reasonable... and as long as I eat healthy, I am not going to worry about it. We shall see at Day 90.

Day 2:
Day 2 was tougher than Day 1 for me, but somehow, I loved the Plyometrics. I had to modify at times because I found myself out of breath and energy. My 6 year old daughter kept watching me and told me to just stop, but I just paced myself and did not try to do the exercises as quickly or as high as the people on the dvd. At the end of the workout, I was exhausted. I really needed the recovery drink. I have not received my P90x mix yet and am using the Accelerade mix instead. It seems to be working as I am able to take on the next set of workouts. I am motivated and hopeful that I will be able to stick to the 90 day plan.
Day 1: October 4, 2010
Today was my first day of P90x. I didn't know what to expect out of the workouts though I did expect it to be quite difficult. At the end of Chest and Back (Disc 1) I felt dizzy and nauseous. Instead of stopping, I put in the Ab Disc and kept plugging on. After the workout, I felt tired, yet excited that I completed the first of my 90 day journey.
